- from employees subject to collective bargaining agreements (tariff employees)
- to employees not subject to collective bargaining agreements (non-tariff employees)
- through to the highest level of management
As a general rule: The greater the responsibility for the corporate result, the more opportunity there is for an employee to increase his or her wages under the variable remuneration package.
The performance-related components of wages for tariff employees:
We pay our tariff employees bonuses above the tariff rate for those factors in their on-going development and performance which are not remunerated in their tariff wages.
On top of this comes the company's profit sharing scheme based on the annual result
The performance and result-oriented remuneration system for non-tariff employees:
Non-tariff employees are paid a fixed salary, the level of which depends on their job description and the correlation to compensation bands as well as on the sustainable development of their competencies and performance.
In addition to their fixed salary the non-tariff employees receive a yearly changeable, variable allowance the amount of which is related to the success of the company individual degree of the attainment of their agreed, personal targets within an defined period share of their job to the company’s added value.
