Integrated Management System

With the integrated Managemet System aspects of quality, safety, environment and occupational health protection are standardised in structurally unified and coherently laid out handbooks and documents.

Requirements of International Standards

The Management System of Vinnolit conforms to the International Standard for a quality management system according DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, the requirements of environmental standards regarding DIN EN ISO 14001:2004, DIN EN ISO 50001:2011. Essential contents of the Automotive Standard ISO/TS 16949 were likewise integrated into the Management System. The Management System meets also the requirements of BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and an Occupational Health and Risk Management (OHRIS) passed by the Bavarian Government.

    Coming effective at November 4th, 2011 Vinnolit was successfully certified as AEO-C (Authorized Economic Operator - customs simplifications). This certification according to customs code VO (EG) Nr. 648/2005) and customs code excecutive order (VO (EG) Nr. 1875/2006) is based on a detailed documentation of custom and export control related processes within the company, an appropriate compliance to customs regulations and a correct accounting system.

    The Vinnolit SAP Customer Center of Expertise
    The comprehensive use of SAP software by Vinnolit demands a professional support organisation.
    Furthermore, our licence contract obliges us to provide a Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE).
    This is guaranteed through SAP certification. The certificate was awarded for the first time in 2004, and re-certification most recently occurred in 2012.
