Integrated Management System

With Vinnolit, aspects of quality, safety, environment and occupational health protection are standardised in structurally unified and coherently laid out handbooks and documents. With this integrated Management System the company aims at achieving a consistent and comprehensible progression and improvement of products and working procedures. The competencies and areas of responsibility described in these documents are systems to safeguard the delivery performance expected by our customers to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, orders regulations and selfcommitments and to reach the strategic targets of Vinnolit

Requirements of International Standards

The Management System of Vinnolit conforms to the International Standard for a quality management system according DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2008, the requirements of environmental standards regarding DIN EN ISO 14001 : 2009 and EMAS. Essential contents of the Automotive Standard ISO/TS 16949 were likewise integrated into the Management System. The Management System meets also the requirements of an Occupational Health and Risk Management (OHRIS) passed by the Bavarian Government.


Certification

In 1995 a quality management was launched in the company which conforms to the International Standard DIN EN ISO 9001. In the meantime Vinnolit holds a Certificate for all company areas and locations according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 as well as DIN EN ISO 14001 : 2009 (Reg.No 12 9991 7063 TMS and 2100/1047063 TMS) issued by the independent and accredited authority TÜV Management Service GmbH.
In a parallel measure all sites of the company were successfully subjected to the EMAS-Audit-Procedure and an Environmental Report was validated. Beside of this Vinnolit has received a Certificate regarding OHRIS (Occupational Health and Risk Management) issued by the Bavarian Government, valid for the production sites Burghausen and Gendorf.
End of October 2009 Vinnolit has successfully completed the Re-Audit regarding DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2008, DIN EN ISO 14001 : 2009, and EMAS sceme. Vinnolit Hillhouse Ltd. was certified by BSI according to the same standards and is included in the scope of the certificate of the Vinnolit-Group.
