Vinnolit GmbH & Co. KG is one of the leading PVC manufacturers in Europe and, worldwide, is the market and technical leader in specialty PVC.

National and international activities of the company are managed from Ismaning, near Munich. Production sites are in Burghausen, Gendorf, Cologne, Knapsack, Schkopau and Hillhouse (UK). Turnover of Vinnolit in 2009 amounted to €647million (2008: €846 million; 2007: €816 million). Vinnolit employs 1,500 staff (thereof 1,400 in Germany). Managing Directors are Dr Josef Ertl and Dr Ralph Ottlinger.

Vinnolit produces and markets a wide range of PVC products suitable for all kinds of PVC applications, e.g. in the building & construction sector, in the automotive industry or in the medical sector. Whether the PVC is for window profiles, pipes, rigid film, flooring, wall covering, technical coatings, automotive sealants, cable sheathing or medical applications, Vinnolit is able to offer a suitable product.

Additionally Vinnolit produces and markets intermediates such as caustic soda, vinyl chloride and tin tetrachloride, which are required in the chemical industry as well as in other branches.

VinTec - Vinnolit's technology center - is licensing our leading EDC/VCM and S-PVC technology worldwide.

Vinnolit GmbH & Co. KG is a fully owned subsidiary of Vinnolit Holdings GmbH.

The main shareholders of Vinnolit Holdings GmbH are private equity fonds under the management of Advent International.
